Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 1 January 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NSSORS Language Academy website and your enrolment in courses offered by Speak College Pty. Ltd (ABN 49 003 863 296, CRICOS Provider Code 02117D). By accessing this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility and Enrolment

To enrol in a course, you must meet the minimum age and English proficiency requirements specified for your chosen program. International students must hold a valid student visa or other visa permitting study in Australia. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment plan and issuance of a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

Fees and Payment

Course fees are published on our website and may be updated from time to time. Fees are payable in Australian dollars. We accept bank transfer, credit card and approved instalment plans. A non-refundable application fee applies to all new enrolments. Tuition fees are subject to the refund terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

Attendance and Academic Progress

Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance rate of eighty per cent and demonstrate satisfactory academic progress. If attendance or progress falls below the required standard, the academy will implement an intervention strategy in accordance with the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.

Student Obligations

• Comply with all Australian laws and regulations during your stay
• Maintain valid Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of your visa
• Notify the academy within seven days of any change to your contact details or visa status
• Treat staff, fellow students and visitors with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from any form of academic dishonesty, harassment or discrimination

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and software — is the property of Speak College Pty. Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any material without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The information on this website is provided in good faith for general informational purposes. While we endeavour to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding completeness, accuracy or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSSORS Language Academy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students and published on this page.
